Cooking Skills: Technique


This class is one of our 4 part cooking skills series. Each class you will learn a new technique that will help you expand your cooking knowledge and skill set so you can create amazing dishes in your own kitchen!  The 4 classes include knife skills, butchering, sauces and cooking techniques. 

This class we’ll learn basic cooking techniques such as Sear, Blanch, Sauté, Poach, and how to Braise.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are only given if the cancellation is made prior to 2 weeks before class, however a 2.9% processing fee per seat will apply. Within 2 weeks of class, if you find yourself unable to attend a class, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. A credit may be issued if seats can be filled, however credit will only be given for the dollar amount recovered. Credits are good for 1 year. No credits will be given for day of cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low attendance.  If we cancel a class, a full refund will be given or you may transfer to another class.
